All orders are shipped within 48 hours after confirmation of your payment by Paypal.
Please read all the item descriptions carefully and note the comments on condition. All items are sold as is and we will do our best to describe and photograph everything as accurate as possible.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused) within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the complete purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Do return the item(s) with the original invoice.
All efforts will be made to ship your item(s) in the shortest possible time. Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the item(s) and delivery location, and will be added to the total cost at checkout. We use Singapore Postal Service for all our shipment. Please expect 3-5 days shipping and handling time for Singapore customers.
International shipment can take more than 2 weeks or less depending on the destination country. We use SingPost Air Mail (up to 2kg) or Air Parcel (more than 2kg) for international shipment. If you require your item(s) sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure you receive your item soonest.
DAMAGED CLAIMS ON SHIPPED ITEMS
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage(s) or defect(s) to your item, please notify us immediately, or reply to us from your confirmation mail.
All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). We will refund the complete purchase price.
