All efforts will be made to ship your item(s) in a timely manner. Shipping is calculated by the weight of an item, and will be added to the total at checkout. We use Singapore Postal Service for all our shipment. Please expect 3-5 day shipping and handling time for S.G customers. International shipment can take more than 2 weeks or less depending on the destination country. We use SingPost Air Mail (up to 2kg) or Air Parcel (>2kg) for international shipment. If you require your item(s) sooner, please contact us and we will do the best we can to assure you receive your item soonest.
Returns & Exchange
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately or by replying to the confirmation mail you received for your order. All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). We will refund the complete purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
